C'Moov FAQs


I received a C’Moov toll box but I didn't get any installation cable?

  1. You are an existing customer, and received the new toll box to replace an old device:


    It’s normal because an adapter is already installed inside the CMOOV. You would receive an adapter only if the box was replaced from your BMOOV, and in that case, you could install it using the old cable from your BMOOV.

  2. You are a new customer or you order new/additional toll boxes:


    You will receive your new toll boxes each with a cable for installation directly to the truck’s engine.

      However, if you would like to order a spare cable, you have two options:

    • A cable that connects directly to the engine
    • A cable with a cigarette lighter plug

A box is missing from my order – what should I do?

I received my new box but the old vehicle has been sold and I need to connect ot to a new vehicle – what should I do?

You can manage to transfert the plate number from the old to the new vehicle via your customer portal under https://www.lucy-axxes.com/


The process is as follow:

perform a transfer, you first need to create your new vehicle. Once that’s done, go back to the vehicle list and click on “Equip this vehicle with an existing box” on the corresponding line of the license plate.

After you will need to perform an action on the toll box after updating the license plate in Lucy. You must press and hold the up arrow button for 15-20 seconds so that the update is applied.

Once the update is successfully completed, this symbol should appear, and the updated license plate number should be visible on the toll box.

I received the new toll box, but I sold my vehicle. What should I do?

You can terminate toll boxes via the customer portal lucy: https://www.lucy-axxes.com/

Please navigate to the "Vehicles and boxes" tab, click on the box number concerned (starting with 31564900...), then at the top right of the newly opened box page, click on "More actions" and select "Terminate".

As indicated in the Help/FAQ section: then place the box in its protective aluminum bag and send it by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

I want to activate Italy, what should I do?

  • Please contact your Axxes consultant or customer care and ask for activation of Italy
  • Please use the following Email subject:
    4G Upgrade / Driving in Italy + Your Client Number
  • The Axxes team creates an order, please note that this process is not immediate and can take into consideration processing and delivery times up to 10 working days to get the additional toll box for Italy.
  • For your trips to Italy, you will receive a separate small toll box.
  • Please note that this device cannot be exchanged between vehicles as it is connected to the plate number
  • Simply stick it on your windshield, see further installation instructions here. In case of urgent demands or problems with your toll box, please check our backup-procedure: click here

I want to activate Poland, what should I do?

  1. Make sure the toll box is correctly installed and active
  2. Make sure, through the client portal at https://www.lucy-axxes.com/, under the "Vehicles and boxes" section, that the vehicle has all the required information properly entered, including the VIN number, license plate number, and the vehicle registration certificate uploaded
  3. Please send the vehicle registration certificate by mail to Axxes customer care team.
  4. Please use “Activation of toll Poland” for the email subject
  5. Wait for the confirmation email from Axxès with the subject „GO Poland“
  6. Within the email, you will all activated vehicles listed with the plate number
  7. Check if the network code “POL” is displayed in the network list of your toll box

Where to send back the B’Moov?

Please send us the old toll boxes (blue box, B'Moov or VAXXES-SAT) as soon as possible to the address mentioned below. Please make sure to send the toll box in its protective aluminum bag and send it by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

How to activate the C’Moov?

  • Make sure that the toll box is fixed installed in the vehicle
  • Check if the toll box is connected to the power source (arrow symbol on the left side next to the battery status)
  • Check if the led (around the main button) shows a green light
  • If the led is RED it may be because there is an update pending, you will need to perform an action on the box after updating the license plate in Lucy. You must press and hold the up arrow button for 15 seconds so that the update is applied.

    Once the update is successfully completed, this symbol should appear, and the updated license plate number should be visible on the box.

  • Make sure all required countries are activated (See country codes)

You can check the active networks on the device by briefly pressing the bottom button. If there are more than four active networks, a downward arrow will appear, and you’ll need to press it to view the additional networks.

  • Make sure the weight and axles are set up correctly
  • Start your journey
